I purchased an Xbox series X from Best Buy through the Xbox All Access program and I have not been able to redeem the 24 months of Gamepass Ultimate that is included. On my order, it shows two separate purchases, one for the actual Xbox and the other for 24 months of Ultimate. I don't even have the option to use the "Included on my Xbox" feature to redeem it.
I've waited until my first payment to clear thinking maybe they wouldn't approve the game pass until they've reviewed the first payment, but still nothing.

I'm a bit confused by your message. Did you receive the code in order to redeem this? From what I understand, this can generally be redeemed during your initial setup. Since it doesn't sound like this is listed in your offers, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support so they can review your account.
