Good Morning, everyone,
First off, I hope that everyone is doing well given the current situation around the Covid virus. I know one thing that would help to be able to take your mind off things would be to be able to play DOOM Eternal. Please accept my apologies for the fact that you currently aren't able to.
So that I can make sure our support teams are aware of the issue, and begin working towards a resolution, I need to confirm what platform the issue with the "0" code is occurring on. Was this just for those of you who ordered the digital PC version, as the original poster stated?
I just need a few to confirm if it's the PC, but if you ordered on one of the other platforms and got the same thing, please indicate what platform.
