At this point, we've provided all the information we have regarding the PC codes, and other concerns.  We are still working to get the codes from Bethesda, and will send them out once we have them.  Again, digital purchases cannot be refunded.

Hi I pre-ordered my game but when I got the email with the steam key all it says is Key Code: 0

SO i purchased doom eternal for pc as a digital game, got it in my digital library entered the code they gave me and it says its an invalid product code, so did i just pay for a game that i cant redeem.????

And yes I followed all the instructions given to me on the email. It just seems like they send me a invalid product key. So I'm kind of annoyed that I paid for a game I cant activate.

You have to redeem it with The Bethesda Launcher. ......... I know, i know.

A final update on the digital codes for DOOM Eternal.  At this time, all codes for all systems should have been emailed to you, including good replacement codes for the digital PC version.

I'm at a complete loss on what to do in regards to my DOOM Eternal code. I was hit with the original '0 key issue, waited patiently, ended up getting another email with what looked like a valid key, but it was invalid (tried bethesda launcher, and even steam, just in case)

Orrdered this on the 19th and at this point, I'm just frustrated.

To clarify, I have the bonus goods, but not the actual game itself, which I had preordered.
