I purchased an XBOX One S Today and it came with a free 3 Month Xbox Game Pass. However, the digital code was not on the receipt and I didn't give out an email.

That code should have been emailed to you. Please check your Spam and Promotions folders to see if it is there. Sometimes these codes get routed there automatically.
If it isn't, head over to our thread Game Codes - Read Me First. That thread provided instructions on how to reach out to our Gaming-BBY team for help with your code.

I purchased it Sunday afternoon around 3PM CST, I have chatted 3 times (Been disconnected 2 of them when being transferred), called in and sat on the phone for 2 hours yesterday only to be told the code would be sent to me yesterday.
This did not happen. As it stands I am at 5 days, money gone, and nothing received.
Please help!

Recently bought an Xbox One S, it said a 3 month ultimate gamepass code would be printed on the receipt. It is not on the receipt and I have not recieved an email with the code. I have the physical reciept. Could someone assist me?
