I ordered Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr Standard Edition - Mac|Windows [Digital] on Friday. The email was code 0 instead of the actual code. It lists code 0 in the digitial library.
I used chat support on Saturday morning. That took 30 minutes. I then called support. 3 hours later I was told I would be sent a code. It would take 24-48 hours, but she would market it as urgent to be rushed. A few hours after that, I sent an PM to Gaming-BBY inbox in an attempt to try and get the code faster.
It is now 50 hours after I ended the call with support. I have not received a code. I checked my spam and it is not there. I checked my digitial library and it still says code 0. I have not received a PM reply on these forums.
Is there anyone on here that can get me the code?
