NintendoSwitch Bundle STILL NOT RECEIVED, no wonder stores go under

I purchased the Nintendo Switch Bundle with the 32GB model + Mario Kart 8 Deluxe + 3 months switch online membership on NOVEMBER 22nd. I received an email saying that I would be able to pick it up at my local store on the 28th. Then on the 28th I received an email saying the order would be delayed. 3 WEEKS LATER AND NO INFO ON MY ORDER HAS BEEN UPDATED. After failed online chats where I could not connect with anyone and phone conversations where I’ve been told “you order has been received.. the vendor has to ship it out”. I’m just getting SO FRUSTRATED. 3 weeks later and you’re telling me that Nintendo isn’t sending you their consoles? This will be the last time I will ever purchase something from Best Buy before the holidays. Incompetence all around!!! And I don’t want to hear any excuses about COVID. I’m a healthcare worker and I haven’t stopped going to work ONCE in this pandemic. <br>I was supposed to give this as a gift for Hanukkah. I sincerely doubt it will be available before the end of it. <br>Unbelievable.
