I'm on day 6 of trying to get this solved. I've had 3 phone calls and 3 chat sessions and 1 completely ignored private message. I received my email with verification code to download:

Every single support person has said that i just need to input my verification number in the nintendo e shop and the add on content will download. The nintendo e shop needs a 16 digit code to download. The one i received is only 7 digits.
There's no way it should take 6 days to resolve this and for no one to have any idea how to fix this. I'm beyond angry about this at this time. I've had a great relationship with you guys in the past and have been a platinum member for 5+ years. The last support request I posted asking for a person to speak with (on facebook) was met with a chatbot. Your support system is broken and really need some work. Please help me sort his out or just refund my money and i'll be directly from nintendo.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I apologize for the issues you had in getting in touch with us on Facebook, and in getting support over the phone.
Looking into this a bit, I’m afraid there may have been some miscommunication about that code. That verification code needs to be entered into our web site in order to get the order placed. If you’ve successfully placed an order, the code issued under that would be different than this verification code.
You mentioned having order numbers, and I’d be happy to look into them. Please send in a private message, through the link in my signature. I’ll need your name, email address, phone number, and order number to get started.
