Nintendo Gift card not received

I ordered a digital nintendo 20$ gift card 12 hours ago and the order seems to be stuck in:

 

"Order Received

We'll email you when it's ready."

 

Can any BestBuy assistant check what is going on with it? The order number is {removed per forum guidelines}.
