So I pre-ordered NieR Replicant on PS4 from Best Buy and found that I didn't get the pre-order items that were announced. I was supposed to be sent a code for PS4 avatars, theme, and a mini-soundtrack. Can someone please email me my bonus code?

Did you look on your reciept for the code? Sometimes I have seen them on there. 

Also check your install on your PS4, quite often with Pre-Order add on software it often gets installed on the initail downlaod or is available right away as add on content.  I have had a number of pre-order bonuses in this manner

Uh no I ordered it online so there is no receipt. They are supposed to email you the code. I've heard from multiple other people who got it from other retailers that they too were emailed a code.

We were not made aware of any pre-order bonus with this title, and we are currently working with our support teams on this. We'll update this thread when we have more information.

I'm also in the same situation. I pre-ordered the game when Square Enix said that there were pre-order bonuses available through Best Buy. I've tried to get some help via online chat, phone and even going back to the store and there is no solutions on this yet.

When you order online they still send you a receipt via email

It's my understanding that the specific items offered as a bonus are the same ones listed as rewards for registering the game. Have you tried redeeming the code included in the box on the Square Enix site?

I'm in the same boat. I am also wondering where is my preorder bonus codes. I'm pretty upset of how BestBuy has handled this and on Square Enix's webpage for the game, BestBuy is mentioned as one of their primary retailers for the game so it should distribute thiese codes.

Not to be a negative Nancy, but I doubt we’ll be hearing back from anyone. This has happened to me 2 separate times with preordering with Best Buy when it comes to codes. First was with Digimon Cyber sleuth, then ratchet and clank, and now this.

I also have not gotten the pre-order bonus. There have been at least two occasions where I got the pre-order bonus very late, but I don't know if this will be the third time this happens. It would be nice if someone gave us a update on what is happening at least.
