I am sorry to inform you that your GCU discount will not apply to an existing pre-order as it has expired. You will be charged the full amount. The exception would have been if you had paid upfront with PayPal.
I had read in a different post about the RE2 bonus that it willl automatically be applied.

Welcome to our forums! Pre-order bonuses are a great reward for placing your order early with us, especially when it’s a game you’ve been planning on purchasing anyway! It sounds like there’s some pretty great bonuses for the two games you’ve ordered with us, so I completely understand why you’d want to make sure you’re getting your bonus items.
As outlined in our Entertainment Pre-Order FAQs, if a special offer or giveaway becomes available after you place your pre-order, your free item should be added to the order once the game ships. In the case of the patch for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 Gold Edition, there is a chance your patch may ship separately.
I hope this helps, but if you have any other questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

I was referencing online orders. I also typically almost order everything online.

As and addendum it is becuase of this particular topic why I typically do not pre-order a game until about a week or two before release.
And if it is a bonus I am worried about it's handling I opt for in store pick up every time. Fortunaly I have a store across the street from my office.

Great question! To clarify, as long as the game has been pre-ordered, regardless of how your order is placed, you should receive any pre-order bonuses that are added to the game, while supplies last.
