New RTX 2080ti, no codes ever sent

I just purchased a couple RTX 2080ti video cards in the store, and had receipts emailed to me. My receipts had blanks for codes to be printed on them on them but were just that - blank. I called Customer Service at the store and I was told they would be emailed within 2 days.

 

They didn't arrive, so I read the Game Codes - READ ME FIRST and followed all the instructions. I sent a message to the Gaming-BBY address, the message was read 2 days ago, I still have no reply and no codes.

 

I've done everything asked of me to get these codes, and I'm getting zero replies. Could someone please assist?

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I apologize for the issues you’ve had in getting those codes. 


I’d be happy to review this for you to see if I can determine what the hang-up is. If you could please send me a private message, through the link in my signature, with your name, email address, phone number, and the customer service PINs from the bottom of your receipts.


That should allow me to look into the receipts and see what we can do.

Yeah, just bought a 2080 two days ago and I'm having the same issue. I've followed all instructions but no one seems to want to get these codes to us!

They delivered my codes ^_^ It just took a bit.
