All of the codes have been sent out for this video game, but if you didn't receive yours I could certainly understand why you'd reach out to us on the Best Buy forums! I've read that you've cancelled your order, but I'm looking to better understand what is going on with your purchase.
Please send me your order number and also confirm the full name, phone number, and email address used to make the purchase. This should be everything I need to take a closer look into this for you and explore whatever options may exist to better help out. If you haven't already, be sure to check your spam, junk, and promotional folders also just in case an unknown filter is in place that is preventing it from reaching your primary inbox!
Keep your personal information your own by sending me your information in a private message by clicking the blue button below in my signature line.

So, if all the beta codes have been sent out, then there is a mess up on your end. I cannot believe that this many people have not gotten their codes. The beta is pretty much over and we have not gotten our beta code. This is ridiculous. How am I going to feel confident that the DLC I am suppose to recieve on the release date is going to be emiled to me. Many of us bought the preorder for the beta and DLC. We did not get the Beta code. On your site, it says that the DLC and early beta access is included. If I knew I was not going to recieve what I paid for, I would have just waited for the release date to buy Mortal Kombat 11. I hve lost trust in your store and will no longer preorder games from Best Buy. I feel cheated, ripped off and lied to. I am disappointed.

Thanks for stopping by our forums again. I reviewed both of your conversations with Vince-BBY and Faith-BBY respectively and see that we requested new codes for you over the weekend. I realize that this experience wasn't ideal and likely caused both of you a reasonable amount of frustration, for which you have my sincere apologies. While I can't undo what's already happened, please know we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us.
I truly hope you will give Best Buy another chance in the future to do better.

Sam - I think this whole Mortal Kombat 11 experience is just another opportunity to make things better going forward. As I've said before, the game code experience for ALL Best Buy customers in the past has been very different on a "game to game basis."
A lot of the mods constantly refer to the pinned code thread but there's a lot of problems with that idea that have never been properly addressed:
1. Not every customer that preorders at Best Buy knows to even find the forums (let alone that thread)
2. A lot of frustrated customers are having to chase down these code requests (takes up a lot of time for them and a lot of time for the BBY social media employees). This should be automated.
3. This happens for a lot of games. It would be better instead of relying on threads from customers complaining AFTER the fact to just prepare the codes before the games are released.
4. As some helpful feedback it would be good if all online pre-orders were properly automated to send codes the day of game release (when the preorder becomes effectively a purchase). Also, if all instore pre-orders would properly print out the preorder codes at game pick up (when the preorder becomes effectively a purchase).
Things used to work more smoothly by doing this in the past but some of the newer mods changed the process and it's led to a lot of dissatisfied customers since then. GameStop employs this exact same process and they never have problems with preorder code distribution.

I did recieve my Beta access code... YESTERDAY, the day before the game is released and well have the BETA window... unexcusible failure in my opinion...
