I purchased the digital version of Fire Emblem Engage on Friday 1/20/23 and have yet to receive any download codes in my email inbox.
I've called support and they've told me they can't send them
I've chatted with support, and they've told me they don't have access to them
If anyone here can help I'd be grateful and feel less like Best Buy just straight up robbed me.

Did they ever solve this for you? I'm having the exact same problem with this specific version of the game and have been given the same run around in fact just yesterday I was told they were going to escalate the problem and that it had not been escalated beforehand because I was the only one having this problem and they couldn't just take my word for it.

jeez that sucks I've been given the same response; that's what I was told today in fact that they were going to resend the code and today and to give it 24 hours then call again it honestly seems like they've scammed us and have no intention of actually helping but instead just giving us the run around until we get tired and give up.

Try the DM'ing @BestBuySupport on twitter if you don't find anything. I finally got my code today, albeit in weird, naked HTML code form. Just popped it into an HTML viewer and code was there.
