I purchased Tom Clancy's The Division 2 Year 1 Pass - PlayStation 4 [Digital] on April 7, but never received an e-mail for the code. I contacted Gaming-BBY via private message because for some strange reason I never receive e-mails for digital purchases even when the e-mails are sent out (I always check the SPAM folder also). I have to visit the forums everytime I make a digital purchase so I can receive the code, but this time a mod told me that the season pass is not released yet?
This is shown on the Best-Buy store page for the product: Release Date:03/15/2019.

Can you please try to clear your cache & cookies for your web browser? Upon logging back into our community and trying again to send that message should resolve the issue.
