Never received Xbox Game Pass code Help Please

I purchased a Xbox Game Pass Digital Code online and never recieved the email. I checked spam and trash and it's not there. I called support they sent it again, and again I didn't recieve it. Can you message me here or email to {removed per forum guidelines}
