I ordered a 1 Year PS Plus Membership digitally yesterday. It said the email was sent out with instructions, but I have yet to get anything. Yes, I checked my Spam/Junk folder. I called this morning and they said they would make a new code and send it to the same email...still hasn't worked. Didn't before, why would it now? Yet the validation link for this account came instantly LOL. I'm really getting sick of having to follow up on getting a product I already paid in full for. Someone help me out. If you can't figure out how to send an email, then deliver it to me some other way or refund it so I can go buy it somewhere else.

So I've called twice now. This is only on sale for a limited time. It's also on sale elsewhere, and if I end up waiting and waiting for an email or phone call that never comes, then end up not having the product period and missing out, I think that's a little ridiculous.
