I pre-ordered the game in 2020 and picked it up on release day 12/8/2021.  I'm still waiting for the email with the code...I also tried PMing "Gaming-BBY" and never heard back...PLEASE help!

have you done the whole thing with checking spam and trash folders.

I received my code around 2 pm on release day.

Also, look on your receipt, 

And just to triple check log into your account and go to purchases.  It should say in the your purchase for Halo where the pre-order code was emailed to

Thanks...I see that might be the issue.  I pre-ordered the first day it was made available (December 7, 2020).  This was probably BEFORE the pre-order offer was created, so it was not assigned to my order.  Bummer...I guess it pays to wait when it comes to pre-ordering games at Best Buy.
