Never received Elden Ring preorder bonus on PS5

Hello. I pre-ordered the collectors edition of Elden Ring on PS5. I received the game and steelbook. However, I never received the download code for the pre-order gesture. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

It downloaded with the game and is on your PS5 already

I think this is if you got the digital edition. I never received anything with my physical CE. I know ton of people who have had this issue who preordered a physical copy.
