Never received Elden Ring preorder bonus PS5 (talked to customer service twice).

I preorederd the CE back in November, and have never received the code for the preorder gesture. I called customer service twice. First time, they told me the PS5 did not get the code, which is not true at all. I called again and transferred to the digital rewards team. They looked into it for awhile, and told me they will generate a code, and then send me one in 48 hours.

 

This was back in Feb. 23rd...I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out with this.

I am having trouble sending you a private message. Keeps saying html error, and when I tried sending it again, it says I have reached a limit to how many messages I can send, and try later.

Thank you for that update. That is very odd I have honestly never heard of that error before. If you are having trouble creating a private message and getting a error saying that you have reached the limit you can always reach out to us later and see if the system will allow you to start a private chat. We only ask to start private chats to protect you data. You and also reach out to us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tic Tok for assistance as well.
