@White_Worm I wrote a lengthy response to your comments but decided to delete them and not post anything.
I also have not receive my copy. But this is the very first time for me. I am mature enough to not get upset by it.

@bobberuchi Why would you say @White_Worm is upset? They wrote a very respectful counter to your post simply showing a different point of view. If differing opinions upset you, then forums are a bad place for you bud.
This isn't about maturity (like you are trying to make it out to be), it's about accountability. I still haven't gotten any email acknowledging there is even a problem, yet when I call in they tell me it's a known issue. I'm more frustrated with how they are handling it (radio silence unless you go seeking answers) then by the delay. This is simply bad customer service.
Even a simple email of "We are aware of the issue and working hard to resolve it as quickley as possible" goes a long way for customers.

To answer your question, any cancelled pre-orders would no longer qualify for the pre-order bonus content offered with Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. This includes the bonus $10 My Best Buy reward certificate.
In regards to the bonus $10 My Best Buy reward certificate offered with the pre-order of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, please know it can take up to 15-20 days for your 500 points to post to your My Best Buy account. This is called out in our My Best Buy Get $10 Offer FAQs, which you can see here.

Thanks for the response, SeanM. Do we know anything about when we might expect to get our digital orders? Within the day, perhaps? If it's going to be more than a day then I'll have to find another solution, as I only have so much time to play. I know you don't know exactly when, but maybe a rough estimate?
Also, is it all PC digital orders that are undelivered, or just some?
