Good morning, everyone,
Shortly after I left last night, I received word the codes had begun to successfully deliver to our customers. I’m happy to see some of you have confirmed receiving your codes, however, as of last night I understand we were awaiting confirmation of the Xbox versions of the game to be delivered. As before, I will update this thread as soon as more information becomes available.
Also, for those that have received their full game code, but have not received their pre-order bonus codes, please review the steps outlined in our Game Codes-Read Me First floated post, so our Gaming Support team can review your order further, and hopefully get your pre-order bonus code to you as soon as possible.

I ordered my game on Monday November 4, 2019 from

When I purchased my Pre-Order, I asked if there will be a midnight release and was told yes.
I asked about my Pre-Order code and was told it will be emailed if it’s not on the receipt.
Ok, cool. No email about it.
On Thursday November 14, 2019 at 8:50 PM, I called to verify the midnight release.
An employee finally answered the phone at 9:01 PM.
When I asked if the midnight release was still on, I was told yes and the new Pokemon game would also be available for midnight release if I wanted to pick that up as well.
I leave work at 11:30 PM and wait for 20 mins outside Best Buy.
At 12:00 AM, I ring the bell on the door where a "Corporate Employee" answers and informs me that there is no midnight release as well as the employees who told me there would be a midnight release never should have said that.
Ok, fine. I go home and wait, wake up at 12:00 PM, get to Best Buy at 12:30 PM, then get the run around of go to the front to pick it up, no go to the back to pick it up, no go to customer service or the cashiers to pick it up. ENOUGH!!
Finally one employee in Gaming Helps me, I show him my fully paid for receipt, he goes to the warehouse to get it, brings the regular PS4 Edition and not the Deluxe.
He returns to the warehouse to get the right one, rings up the tax difference, I pay it and ask about my Pre-Order Code for bonus content, where I'm told again, if doesn’t print on the receipt it will be emailed to me shortly.
So...... Where is it? I'm still waiting. I've started the game but I still don’t have any of my Pre-Order bonus content.
This is totally unacceptable from all points of view and I'm not the only one with this issue as there are now 9 pages of complaints.
