Personally the $10 reward and having to wait a little longer far exceeds paying full price.
Truth being told. People are better off NOT playing a new game for a few weeks to a month or more so the developer and release patches to fix the issues people find when a game launches.

This is super frustrating. The whole point of a pre-order is to have it there, ready waiting. I appreciate the whole waiting for bugs to be squashed, but if that was what I wanted to do I wouldn't have pre-ordered. I called in to support and they said that no one has gotten their code yet due to an error in the system, and that there is no ETA on a fix.
The problem with this is BestBuy is just took an "opps, sorry" approach, but no mention of how they were going to make things right. This is not good customer service or good customer retention. Last time I pre-order through BestBuy.
