I recently purchased a Razer Blade 15 that includes four free items upon purchase. This includes Trend Micro Internet Security, Intel VR Game Bundle, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, and Fortnite Frenzy Game GeForce GTX Bundle.
Unfortunately, I only received two out of the four free items included. I received the Trend Micro Internet Security code in-store and the Intel VR Game Bundle code on my receipt. I was told that the other two codes would be sent via email within 24 hours.
Within the past three business days, I still haven't received any codes via email. I've made sure to check my spam folder and filters. Also, I've tried checking the digital library for my account.
I would like to know if the codes could be resent via email.
