I pre-ordered the new Animal Crossing Game back in February. I did not receive a confirmation email of the order but received a text. When I checked my order status last night at 9pm PST, it said that an email had been sent to me with instructions and the the download code. I did not receive any email or text. I double checked that they had the correct email address and looked through both my trash and spam and could not find said email. I have been trying to get a hold of customer support since last night but have not been able to do so. I am very frustrated and disappointed with this experience as I bought this as a gift. Please direct me to where I can get support.

Hello, I have yet to receive a digital download code for my recent purchase of Animal Crossing: New Horizons. It has been over 4 hours, which was the time estimated in which I would receive the code. Is this supposed to happen?

Please know that digital code orders can take up to 24 hours to go through verification checks before processing, and are delivered to your inbox. If you’re not seeing your codes in your inbox, or spam, or Promotions folder (for Gmail), be sure to follow the steps outlined in our Game Codes-Read Me First floated post, so our Gaming Support team can look into your orders further, and assist in any way they can.

How is this acceptable as a business practice? Your website says 4 hours, your confirmation email says 30 minutes, you say 24 hours the link you posted said up to 48 hours.
