Never Received Code for Digital Purchase

I purchased two sets of VC for my son Christmas. One for Madden 19 and NBA 2k19 - both for XBox One. Purchased both on November 26, 2018. My account says that the digital code was emailed to me.

 

I have yet to receive an email with the code to redeem the points. And yes, I checked my spam mailbox and every other mailbox possible, I have also called and messaged Best Buy twice now and both times I was was told that they would RE-send the email. Still nothing. 

 

Please advise.

Welcome to our forums!  In my experience, most digital items I order are sent my way pretty quickly, so I can only imagine my frustration if I had to wait over a month to receive my order.  I completely understand why you’d want to get these codes as soon as possible, and I appreciate the opportunity to help make that happen.

 

For me to locate your purchases, there’s a few pieces of additional information I’ll need to gather from you.  If you could send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number(s)

 

This should be enough information for me to get started, and hopefully locate the codes you’ve been waiting for.  As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep this sensitive information out of the public view of our forums, so be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature.
