I purchased the Super Smash Ultimate FIghter Pass last night and after less than an hour the status was set to complete and an email was sent with instructions.
But until now, after 15 hours, I still do not see the email.
I already called Best Buy customer service twice and until now it's not resolved. Can someone please look into this and resend the code OR just post it in my BestBuy online account.
This is a gift for my son and it's already past his birthday and the issue is still not resolved.

Check your CC or Debit card to see if the charge was taken or not. That would be the first indicator if the tranasction was success or not.
