I preordered a game and the chat agent issued me a missing gift card on the 08/09 which was processed on 08/12 however its been almost two months and I haven't received it. I spoke to the chat agent and they requested me to contact the forums with my Case ID so the lost gift card can be deactivated and a new one reissued. Once I hear back I can provide you my Case ID which should have more details. Thank you.
