I pre-ordered the NHL 20 physical copy, but as a pre-order bonus, Best Buy is giving you the digital version of the game also.
The redeem code for the digital version was emailed to me shortly after midnight on the release date of NHL 20.
I entered the redeem code into my PS4, and it showed that the redeem code was entered successfully and it showed a photo of NHL 20 confirming that the code had been redeem successfully.
But after I successfully redeemed the code, NOTHING HAPPENED. There's no evidence of the game being in my system anywhere. The game didn't automatically start downloading, it's not showing in my library, NOTHING.
It's as if the game doesn't exist at all. I'm not understanding how the code redeemed successfully but does not provide me with my digital content.
I even tried entering the redeem code again, but the system already recognizes the code from when I entered it the first time. It says the code has already been redeemed. So if my system still recognizes my code as already being redeemed, then why can't the system find my NHL 20 anywhere. This needs to be fixed immediately. I don't get it all. It's ridiculous.
