Monster Hunter Rise Collectors Edition

Hey! 

So I ordered in September for my collectors edition of Rise to guarantee I would get it on day 1. That never happened and on top of that the box when it arrived TODAY came smashed and not in good quality like my previous packages came in. I'm just curious if I can get some compensation or something for this since like I not only didn't get it first day like I was promised but also got it half broken.

Sorry forgot to send this but here is how it came to me from Best Buy, honestly, it is kind of infuriating since I have ordered from best buy for years and it never came like this or took this long to be delivered.
