Hey it's been over 20 days since I bought the game and i have to yet receive the points, again. This also happened last time when I preordered another game. I don't understand whats wrong, can anyone help me? thanks

Same here, still nothing and I pre ordered the game back in Sept. It came out Dec 10th so its well past the 15 days.

I am having the same issue. Two copies were ordered through my Best Buy account for my husband and I and I have not seen the $10 reward certificates for either of them.

Would appreciate any help with this, thanks.
