I purchased the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Fighters Pass online on April 22nd, but I can never receive any digital codes via e-mail. I contacted Gaming-BBY twice but received a different code that had nothing to do with this item, and received a voicemail stating that the code was generated and sent to my e-mail, when I especifically mentioned -in the private message- that I cannot receive codes via e-mail because there has to be some kind of glitch/issue with Best Buy's code delivery system (the e-mail does not arrive in the SPAM or promotions folder either).
I appreciate the help, but I only need the 16 digit Nintendo E-Shop code posted in a private message. As much as I like doing business with Best Buy, I am going to have to stop purchasing digital items online because this code delivery system is not working correctly.
