I pre-ordered Back 4 Blood, but the steelbook didn't add to my cart and it doesn't show up on my order page. It is clearly pictured on the page for the product, so I don't know why this is. It isn't normally an issue, but for some reason it is completely missing. Similiarly I haven't received my beta code yet either and the beta starts on 8/5 so time is running out on receiving it in time for the beta.
