Received an email about Funimation 2 months trial code on 6/23, but not pre-order bonus DLCs. Order history tells me emails were sent, but nothing can be seen on expected date of 6/25 or nearby dates. Digital Library is empty. I feel stupid for not opening the game sooner. What am I supposed to do?

Welcome to our forums!  I always love when a publisher includes some bonus content just for pre-ordering their games, and it’s great to hear there may have been some with your Scarlet Nexus pre-order!
