Same problem. I recently ordered the following:
HP - Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7-Series - 16GB Memory - AMD Radeon RX 580 - 1TB Hard Drive + 128GB Solid State Drive - Shadow Black With A Brushed Hairline Pattern
I was expecting the game bundle that was included in the deal to be delivered to me via email. However, it has not happened yet. After calling and being redirected to India someone told me he does not have the access and "codemaster" needs to create a code and send it to my email, and I better wait for 24 more hours.
Still after two days I have not received any code. This is ridiculuous, particulaly now that I see this issue has been occuring frequently.

There is currently a delay in getting those codes out, but we are working on getting them issued. We do not have an estimated time for them to be sent, as of now. If your purchase qualified, however, the code should be sent to you automatically once they start going out.
I'd be happy to double check to make sure that purchase qualified. P Lease send me a private message, through the link in my signature, with your name, email address, phone number, and the customer service PIN from your receipt.

I was told Best Buy ran out of codes. Is this true? The promotion is still advertised on eligible items product pages. The promotion shows up on my receipt from my purchase a few days ago. So are those that recently purchased items not going to get their codes? I would like to know soon so I am not waiting around for a code and miss my return period.

I’m happy to report that we’ve gotten more codes back in for the “Raise the Game” promotion and all outstanding orders should have been sent their codes. Please make sure that you are checking your spam/junk mail folders for the email with your codes and with Gmail in particular, the Promotions folder.
If for some reason you are still waiting on a code, please make sure that you are sending a private message to our Gaming-BBY inbox with the following format:
Message Subject: Game Title & Platform or Promotion
Message Body: Include...
Please ensure you provide all of this information to Gaming Support for the fastest service. Armed with that information, our gaming team will be able to quickly assess the situation and provide you with a resolution.
