Bought AMD graphic card/Free games promo

Bought graphic card , supposed to come with free games, however guy at store could not find my account and I didn't realize that I couldn't get game or games since you email digital codes. The sales person didn't say anything to me. How do I get my free games?? Promo is still going on , bought radeon 580.

AMD Raise Your Game codes

I purchased a HP Pavilion 690-0024 yesterday. I thought I would get the codes on the receipt but I didn't. What do I have to do to get the codes? I still have the receipt, with a reference number, a customer service PIN, and stuff like that. I didn't give an email address. So what do I need to do to get the codes?

Digital Download "Raise the Game" MISSING

Just as the title says.

 

I have contacted best buy in person and through customer support. Response CONTACT AMD!

 

Sure I have contacted AMD customer support, funny thing I was told by AMD to contact bestbuy.

 

All I want is a resolution and as a consumer be given what I paid for.

 

At this point after all the money I spent on a new computer with lots of goodies I really want to return all my items and shop else where.

 

All I am asking for is a resolution.

I've been told that best buy is "out of codes for now" is that accurate? I feel kind of screwed on this whole thing

Bought an XFX RX 570 radeon graphics card, didn't get the raise the game promotion code

I bought the card on january 26th and thought they printed out the code on the reciept. so I called through the phone twice and went into the store only for the service desk to tell me to contact through the phone support, they told me to wait 24 to 48 hours for a code to appear in my email and it hasn't come in at all. you think you'd get the code right away after purchasing the graphics card not 1 to 2 days

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry that your code hasn’t arrived just yet.


We are aware of delays with getting the Raise the Game codes sent out, and are working on a solution. It may still take some time to issue the code, however.


If you haven’t received that code in seven days, please let me know, and I’ll see if I can get you an additional update. For now, however, the best course of action is to just hang on and wait.
