I had pre-ordered the collectors edition of Nioh 2 for the Playstation 4 and my ordered arrived on time, but it's been a few days now and I still haven't recieved my pre-order digital code. It says under my order information that an email was sent, but that's not the case. I've went though my spam folder as well and nothing. If possible, can something be done about this? Thank you. (Not sure if putting order/personal details is allowed, so I'll wait for a response.)

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for connecting with us regarding your missing pre-order bonus! Nioh 2 looks like a pretty stellar game, so I'm sure you've been eager for the release and keeping an eye out for the pre-order bonus code. I know I would hate to miss out on such a bonus, so I'd be searching for an answer as well.

I opted for call back after 2 hours just to be put on a never beefing hold loop again.
