Missing Hollow Knight Code

Purchased the Hollow Knight Plush/Digital Game bundle today. Had the receipt delivered as an email, so I didn't get a physical copy. The email doesn't contain the code though! It just reads...

 I'm assuming the code is supposed to be between the dashes, but it's not there nor is it anywhere further down the receipt.

Welcome to our forums!  I’m sure you’d much rather be spending your time playing Hollow Knight, rather than posting on our Support Forums, so I’ll be happy to help get this code sent your way as soon as possible.


For me to locate your purchase, there are a few pieces of additional information I’ll need to gather from you.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me the following pieces of information:


  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • The “Customer Service PIN” located at the bottom of your receipt


This should be enough information for me to locate your purchase, and hopefully get this code to you as soon as possible.  Be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature, so we keep this sensitive information out of the public view of our forums.
