As long as we people that have GCU continue to accept BBY practices then they won't care. They're losing money with GCU members now and they honestly don't care if we are elite members or not.
I have not liked the way they have been doing things recently and I feel they don't honestly care about supplying their stores to meet the demand nor do they care about any of these pre-order bonuses or anything they advertise on their site. We shouldn't have to wait 15-20 days for an offer that is applied as a 500 credit it should be automatically at a cash register applied to purchase.
Enough of these games and making customer's jump through hoops to get these pre-order bonuses. I haven't had any problem with my pre-order of MegaMan or Assassin's Creed from Gamestop. Good god BBY get it together. You're going to lose a lot of customers over this and sadly this affects my purchase of buying cellphones, dvd's, printers, refrigerators, vacuums, washing machines, gps devices and many other products you have to offer. I have lately not been a satisfied customer because of all the hoops you're making me jump through to get items that should have been already included or applied to at purchase.
Instead we have to either wait and pray or deal with the usual customer service responses that say they'll help us only to have us wait longer and delay us even more. Does Best Buy actually care about their customers any more? This is really sad to see.

Checked my emails main inbox as well as my spam folder. Nothing there. PMed the Gaming Support account Gaming-BBY, prior to this thread recieving a Mod reply, they said I'd hear back as soon as possible and haven't got any further replies. We are all faithful shoppers, Many others surely don't know about this forum to post their discrepencies... I myself have GCU until 2020... This is ridiculous and making me wonder why.

contacted support through twitter. They tried amending the situation, but only ended up giving me the code I used for Legacy Collection from the same order I preordered MM11 from.
