Mass Effect LE steel book question

I preordered Mass Effect Legendary Edition prior to the Steelbook preorder bonus being announced. I understand that preorder bonuses are usually retroactively added to orders, but when I look at my order history, the steel book bonus isn’t listed on my order (preorder bonuses usually are listed as separate items on the order). Is there something I need to do to ensure the steelbook bonus is added to my order? Do I need to cancel and reorder to get the steelbook? Thanks in advance for any information you can provide.

Thanks for reaching back out to us on our forum for support. I can understand wanting to ensure you snag a steelbook for this game, and I'm sure you've been looking forward to its release! While you're correct in that the pre-order bonus for this should be added retroactively to your order at some point before its release, I'd be happy to review your purchaser further in the meantime and provide any additional support that I can.

Thanks for the offer of help.  The steel book appears to have been added to my order since I posted this message.  I'm not sure if that is just coincidence or if you did something to fix it but everything appears good now.  Thanks again!
