So I'm one of the many missing the pre-order bonus for Man of Medan on PS4.
I've checked all my emails and filters, have my order # and confirmation etc. So as always, I go to message GamingBBY to get my code fix. However I cannot PM them. I saw the sticky later explaining how to correct this problem, and have done that twice, and still cannot send the message.
The fact I have to do this with nearly every pre-order bonus code is already silly, but now I have to make this post because the system doesn't work?
Extremely frustrated, and unhappy I have to read rules for multiple issues, just to get a product I paid for.
If someone from Best Buy can correct this for me without the use of PM's, since it seems I can't send them, I'd greatly appreciate it.
My account email is the one used for the order. It was preordered on June 25th, and with my BB Credit Card. All the info is linked, so getting the order # shouldn't be difficult.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having some issues with sending us a private message as the directions advise you to do.

I appreciate you seeing this and responding, but I don't think you read my entire post. I have done the fix for the PM issue 3 times now, and I cannot send PM's still. I have no way to address my paid for missing content other than to post here now. I am requesting someone to look at my profile info to help me bypass the PM system since it isn't working so I can get my missing item addressed.

In order to look into your issue, here on the Forums, we would require a Private Message in order to receive and review your order details in a secure fashion. Alternatively, we offer support options over the phone at (888) 237-8289, Facebook, and Twitter. Additionally, I will try to proactively send you a Private Message, and see if you are able to reply to it.

Fey is attempting to get it right for me. I was able to reply to her msg, so she's digging into it. If you can PM the GamingBBY that's still your best bet
