I had the same issue. Picked up disc from the store and no code on the receipt or an email with the code. Really sad since the preorder code for my son's game from GameStop was right on the receipt. Might be the last time I preorder from Best Buy moving forward.

I sent a PM to Best Buy yesterday regarding this and they said they were under the assumption everything was in the case. I told them that only 7 packs and the training was. We are owed 5 packs and 1 choice of an elite player.

No, nothing yet. The guy I talked to was named Bill.
His last response yesterday:
"Our understanding from EA was that all pre-order content was in the case.
I'll reach out to our support teams to see if I can get this confirmed.

At least Bill responded to you. He didn't even read my PM yet to address the situation. Customer service was also clueless for the 3rd year in a row when trying to complete the M19 trade in discount. I don't think they communicate these things well. It's no longer worth the extra $10 savings

I hope that so far, you're enjoying Madden NFL 20. If you've been waiting to start playing based on not having your pre-order bonus, I apologize.
As I stated to JustinNiles, our understanding from EA was that all pre-order bonuses for the Superstar Edition were in the case. We're now finding out, unfortunately, that isn't the case.
Currently, we are working with EA to get the codes needed to unlock the bonuses that don't initially come in the package, however, I don't have an ETA as to when we'll have those codes ready to go.
We appreciate your patience while we work through this.
