As of Thursday morning, (3-28-19) I have not recieved my preorder codes for MLB the show or the beta code for MK11. I was informed that I would recieve my code by the instore associate by email now that my pick up was completed. That was tuesday afternoon and I still haven't gotten the code. If you could share any information regarding these codes that would be great.

Welcome back to our community forum and thanks for reaching out. We certainly hate to hear that customers are experiencing issues receiving digital download codes, particularly for highly anticipated bonuses.
I would advise that your best option is to start with the floated post “Game Codes – Read Me First” and follow the directions therein. This should be the best option for assistance if you haven't received expected game codes. If you have any other questions I can assist with here, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

I am getting the following error when trying to submit a message:
You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later.
I have not submitted a message since 09-02-2017 so not sure what to do now.

Thanks for letting us know about that issue! I would advise to clear your cache and cookies as that typically fixes the issue if an error comes up when trying to send a private message. Let me know how that goes.
