Hi, I pre-ordered Returnal and waited a week until my local store showed that they had a copy but when I went in on Friday they wouldn't let me have it because my order hadn't been moved to "pickup". They suggested I should be receiving the pickup information soon but it's been three days and there's been no movement. Almost all local Best Buys show they have copies that can be picked up within an hour but my preorder status is still "working on it". Additionally, I had contacted Best Buy IM support on Saturday and they just told me to keep waiting.
Who do I need to talk to to let me have the game I've already paid for?
