Ordered this item in 2019 and now that it is out, my Best Buy store will not fulfill the order and sell it out without holding one. And now I hear there are no steelbooks left? How can this happen for orders this old? Chat, email and phone have been useless in resolving either of these issues. When will I receive the game and will my steelbook be included? The steelbook was the sole reason for ordering thru you. This seems like bait and switch tactics.

I like how my post doesn't get a reply from best buy. The complete inability for the entire company to be able to send out a video game is amazing! I know no one in the company cares, but this is the last time I'll be doing business with best buy.

Now that best buy has cancelled this order from 2019 for no reason, I have decided to take my business elsewhere and the lack of the steelbook will be a constant reminder to no longer do business with best buy.

My Steelbook was also cancelled today. I had the game preordered since July 30th, 2019. Absolutely insane to me.
