Nope charged my card and says delayed. Did not receive the second email stated it was in error...ordered back in September. If an forum agent could reach out to me that would be great

I pre ordered just the standard edition a couple weeks ago and it still says get it by Friday the 19th but that’s it. Havnt been charged yet. I’m starting to get worried.

@Pjuice014 you should be good. Because it’s a standard they can get that to you locally most likely. I got charged and my stuff still says delay. I also have a Ellie Edition pre ordered from GameStop and I just got a email literally saying it shipped. I dunno what’s going on with BB but I pray one of these editions can get to me on launch day.

Awesome my Ellie edition says delayed but I now can't cancel my order cause it says it's getting prepared for delivery.

I pre-ordered The Last of Us II which comes out on Friday the 19th but my store pick up order information says “Preparing For Pick Up On Saturday”. Has this happened to anyone else & was it corrected and ready to pick up on the release date?

This is very poor standards from Best Buy and has been handled very poorly!

Someone was just informed that their Collector's Edition is now arriving the next following Monday of June 28th! That's a whole week from it's official release!!!!! Totally unacceptable.

We have pre-ordered the game with plenty of time for this kind of thing to happen. 

Best Buy needs to do something about this for the major inconvienece this has caused. Think twice before you pre-order with them ever again!

Same, already shipped and tracking getting ready, just hope it gets delivered this Friday on release safe and sound, can't wait to unbox it myself, just please BestBuy ship them inside cardboard shipping boxes for protection and secrecy regarding the content, I had a one bad incident with the delivery company that is going to take over my order and I have trust issue with them, but not always bad since they have handle my other orders with ease sometimes, all depends on the carrier, but for this order hope they handle the order with respect, please.

@JoelJoel June 28th is a Sunday and I doubt they deliver Sunday's....
