I ordered mine in September too, still says pre ordered and pickup on release day 6/19. Haven’t been charged yet and status hasn’t changed for a while. Maybe the status will update by tonight.

They likely have thousands of orders to proccess.  Also as previously said Bestbuy ships a lot of orders from the customers local store.  They'll charge you and ship it out the day before release.  This is how it worked with every game I've pre ordered to be shipped.  I got charged today but likely wont see any real "movement" til tomorrow.  Just trying to help ease the minds of some.

I remember my FF7 remake had a cancel status on it and eventually it did update for shipment right before the day. But I was freaking out the whole time before. I just thought they would move this one along by now.

Mine says delayed but i called my local best buy and he looked my order up and it shows up being picked up Friday so it had to be a glitch. It better be a glitch 😡

To the ones who have had there’s say shipped. Did y’all get a actual email confirmation for shipping with a tracking number and all? Mine is still stuck on delayed and I have been charged but that’s it. I just want this to be over already. Also worried if I get it shipped a protest is going to delay it. Idk what to think anymore I’m frustrated. I got charged can’t make changes yet still haven’t received a shipping email with tracking and my Best Buy order still showed delayed since May 29th.

I've had mine pre ordered, but after the delay it changed to get it by December 31st. It never updated to the new date (this Friday), yet the pre order bonus says it'll be released Friday. I just want to be sure I'm getting my game & not getting charged with nothing being there Friday.

Now that you mentioned the Ellie tattoo avatar bonus pre-order @ZEH88, my order never got updates with it, managed at second wave on February, and since May 29, still now have it in delayed status, payment has been claimed and can't do changes to my order now, but all is accurate, but my order never updated with that bonus.

My order still with Delay "status", but like many mentioned, many orders are being proccessed and just wait, but of course hope all of us manage the edition of choice we want.
