Charged hour ago, sems payment was authorized, all order changes in grey, meaning order is being look at, but my status is still as Shipment delayed, hasn't changed, anyone who's order has changed or updated at their BestBuy.com?

You guys are lucky, I just got one saying it was delayed.I love how they say if it isn't fulfilled in 7 days it's going to get cancelled. Any rhyme or reason on why some are getting delays and others are getting processed? I ordered my copy in September last year.

I checked my Best Buy Visa card page and it hasn't updated anything. I checked on BBY.com and it currently says: Delayed We're sorry, we're working on getting it to you soon. If we can't ship it by Wed, June 24, we'll let you know and cancel the order. I also got an email saying the same thing. I called in to Customer Service, should hopefully get a call back in 1.5hrs.
