Just spoke with an agent on chat and he said that orders are delayed because of the virus. Not sure if he's a reliable source since chat agents typically don't know much of anything other than what we see on our own order statuses, but still worrisome to hear.

That's my understanding, yes: it's charged because it's shipped.

Mine was showing shipping delay but just got an email saying that my Collector Edition has shipped.
So i guess is a waiting game for everybody.
Hope everyone gets that sort of email today or tomorrow to have the game on friday.
