This morning my Collector's Edition switched to Getting It Ready and said "arriving by Friday" but just a few minutes ago it switched to "arriving by Monday", is this just a temporary error or am I screwed?

Don’t go by Bestbuys shipping estimate, go by what it says on the carrier website once your given a tracking number.

I did chat. It kept saying no agents available but eventually it went through. Waited 10 minutes or so. Had 2 agents check (first one wanted to verify with a second since he didn't know the situation) and both said it will arrive Friday.

Update for me! Still says delayed but my BB credit card was charged. It doesn't show it under recent transactions yet but my available credit is down $248.54. Lets goooo!

A lot of people are commenting saying they ship from your local store. Maybe you can change your delivery method to pick up at store or call them and see if they'll let you pick it up? That will be my backup plan if mine gets delayed.

No nothing pending at all. No charge yet still just shows “Delayed” For my status.

I received the delay email, the email that said it was an error, two release date change emails and then my Ellie edition preorder completely disappeared from my account. I honestly lost hope at that point and was waiting for a cancellation email today or tomorrow. The charge just showed up on my card today around noon so don't give up yet!

There's so many strange things going on with these orders.

im on the same boat,i have a collectors edition that says delayed still no update while the ps4 pro and ellie have changed... 

on my other account i have an ellie and thats stuck on get it by Dec 31...... still no change........ any updates???

This has been the most rollercoaster of a preorder that I've ever had and I cannot wait to get it and for it to be over lol.
