Hi everyone =), close to release, we will have just to wait until our orders gets charged and ship safe to their destination, but there is one thing that actually has me worried, because I just hope we all get our orders delivered in perfect state, meaning that our orders be delivered inside a cardboard delivery box, and not the game edition box itself exposed for everyone to see, meaning the staff, carriers or even our neighbors. Deliveries should always be handle with top secrecy.

Please BestBuy, put someone of trust or good references to handle the orders the right way, I had a bad experience related to this matter and don't want to repeat that again, it still haunts me from last time.

Really hope it ships today and charges my account.  Still says delayed like everyone else.  Also received the second email stating the first email was a mistake.

Mine has said delayed since the 29th as well. I did get the email saying it was a mistake. I have pretty serious doubts that it will ship at this point but I guess I’ll keep my fingers crossed. This will probably be my last time preordering anything like this from BB. The entire ordeal has been a headache and I didn’t realize when I preordered originally that they don’t even guarantee preorders and can cancel them pretty much at will.

For me bestbuy always shipped out the day before launch and it always arrived on time. That doesn’t guarantee future deliveries will. I do know they use their store locations as many hubs to ship orders. So it may be coming from your local bestbuy and only takes a day to arrive.

God I’m glad I’m not the only one. I really felt like I was. I literally just made a thread about this. It’s Wednesday and yesterday I talked to a rep and she informed me that my order is ready to be picked up by the courier. But that can be anywhere between now and on the 19th itself. She also said that Best Buy has same day shipping and that could be the case. Idk what to do anymore. I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired. I want my Ellie Edition on time so I can play day one. And if I don’t than it really sucks cuz i have to go spend more money to buy it digitally or physically so I can play day one. Seven years we have waited 4 years since the premier trailer at Paris games week. God Best Buy so right by your customers this is a first time buy for me from Best Buy. Y’all advertised the game to be given on release day. I really hope y’all stick by that. If not it’s cool I’ll buy a copy at GameStop and once I get my order return it back and get what? 3 bucks a bag of potato chips. But I promise y’all will lose a customer forever. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences from Best Buy. In the past when Switch came out I pre ordered one and it was cancelled without an email even letting me know. Honestly I think even if this comes on time I won’t be purchasing from y’all again. I still haven’t even been charged. Two days out y’all. Joel and Ellie’s journey comes back ten fold.

Your definitely not the only one. I’m waiting on the collectors to be charged any minute now and it still hasn’t and it’s Wednesday. I would think the stores would have them by now. I went ahead and got the digital so it could download the 78 GB file and be ready for Friday no matter what. It’s kinda a guessing game at this point but I don’t like playing games like this when it comes to this release. I will update when and if mine gets charged. Hopefully it will be ready for pickup on Friday.
